Creating a P.I.F. Frame (Frame for Printer)
This section briefly explains how to create a P.I.F. Frame.

For Windows users: Click the Start button, point to All Programs (Programs for Windows 98SE/Me/2000 users), EPSON PRINT Image Framer, and then select EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool. Click EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool. For Mac OS X users: Double-click your startup disk icon on the desktop, the Applications folder, EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool folder, and then EPSON PRINT Image Framer Tool icon. |

Click the Create New button.

![]() | In the Select a Frame Type dialog box, click Frame for Printer and then click OK. |

![]() | In the Paper Settings dialog box, configure Paper Size, Paper Direction, Printable Area, and Printer to use, and then click the Edit button. |

Click the Picture Frame button and drag the cursor diagonally where you want to locate a picture frame.

Click the Background/Decoration button and drag the image where you want to locate it.

Click the Text String button and drag the area where you want to insert a text string.

Click the Line button and drag a line from the starting point to the end point.
